The pogopin connector is a pogo pin connector, which is composed of pogopin+plastic.

Pogopin connectors are precision hardware components, and the following aspects should be paid attention to when using:

1. Contact direction of the pogo pin connector:

The working direction of the pogopin thimble connector should be vertical, and avoid stressing the pogopin thimble connector from the side and other non-vertical directions.

2. The contacts or FPC gold fingers paired with the pogo pin connector must not be dirty, oxidized, etc.

1) No residual sealing fluid;

2) There should be no other dirt residue;

3. The compression amount of the pogo pin connector is generally 2/3 of the total stroke; too little pressing and insufficient positive force will lead to unstable impedance; too much pressing , it will bruise the nozzle and cause the pin to be stuck. During the assembly process, care should also be taken to avoid bumping the nozzle of the pogopin connector, which will cause the pin to be stuck.

4. The head and nozzle of the pogopin thimble connector should avoid touching the plastic barrier during assembly and use.
